India's Chandrayaan-3 successfully landed on the Moon's South Pole

Chandrayaan-3 was launched on July 14, 2023, and successfully landed on the Moon's South Pole on 23rd August 2023 at 6:04 PM. This achievement holds significance as only a handful of nations - such as the USSR, the U.S., and China - have previously achieved this feat. Notably, India stands out by becoming the first country to land a spacecraft in proximity to the Moon's south pole.
