Hafeez Khan, an American businessman of Pakistani origin based in Dallas, emerged as the highest bidder, securing the property for $7.1 million, Exceeding the initial bid of $6.8 million. This sale allows Pakistan to generate revenue ease financial pressures and enhance embassy security by eliminating potential risks associated with owning an empty property.
