Pakistan set a target of 269 runs for Afghanistan to Chase in the third ODI

In the third and final ODI against Afghanistan in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Pakistan elected to bat after winning the toss and established a target of 269 runs. Their innings concluded at a score of 268-8 in 50 overs. Pakistan's Mohammad Rizwan (67) and Babar Azam (60) both reached half-centuries.
Having secured a 2-0 lead in the series, Pakistan's position is unassailable. Should they emerge victorious in this match, they will ascend to the top rank in the ICC ODI Rankings.
Pakistan enacted four alterations, substituting Saud Shakeel, Mohammad Nawaz, Faheem Ashraf, and Mohammad Wasim Jr in place of Usama Mir, Iftikhar Ahmed, Naseem Shah, and Haris Rauf.
Afghanistan, on the other hand, implemented two changes, with Gulbadin Naib and Fareed Ahmad taking the spots of Abdul Rahman and Ikram Alikhil.
